Four years on, she still grapples with the aftermath of the disease, yet continues to work 10-12-hour shifts due to the acute shortage of nurses.

This personal experience opened my eyes to the immense strain our healthcare professionals are under, due to overwork and under-staffing. It’s heartbreaking to see these dedicated individuals pushed to their limits.

I’ve decided to make it my mission to help reduce this healthcare worker shortage. I’m committed to assisting those who wish to immigrate and make Canada their new home.
